In order for the accepted papers to be presented at the congress and published in the congress proceedings book, the following procedures must be fulfilled by the participants.
- After the registration process is completed, the “Congress Participation Fee” must be deposited into the congress bank account in the name of at least one author until the early payment date of 31 August 2022 or until 30 September 2022, and the receipt must be uploaded to the “Participation Fee Payment Form”.
- In the event that more than one author participates in the congress for a paper, the “Participation Fee Payment Form” must be filled and the “Congress Participation Fee” must be paid for each participating author.
- While paying the congress participation fee, the participants should write the statement “Igtsc 2022 Participation Fee” as an explanation on the bank receipt. Please attention to this detail when making EFT/Money Transfer/Fast transactions.
Attention: Participants who will participate with a paper will fill out the participation fee payment form after filling out the registration form. Participants who will participate without paper will only fill in the participation fee payment form.
